Clean room and quiet area! Hotel staff were very nice especially when we had a couple issues in the room but it was managed quickly and well. Would stay again in the future!

Major safety hazard. We were placed in the basement with no windows. If there’s a fire you’re tapped there is no way out. Hotels.com you need a representative to check on every hotel you endorse. It’s become a hit or miss. If you need someone for this job please contact me. I’m a expert with quality management.

Great location but street side can be a bit noisy. Rooms are small, difficult to unpack/manage luggage in a room that small. Otherwise no issues. Clean and comfortable with good service. Easy walking anywhere from here for shopping to restaurants or heading out on the tube.

Conveniently located and great staff but rooms are tiny. No closet, no bureau, so designed for someone travelling light. Breakfast was very good, rooms clean just very small rooms.

Excellent location, reception staff helpful, room very small but adequate, bed comfortable, hotel clean in all the areas we went too. Disappointed to have to pay £3 per item for luggage storage and no hand towels, only bath towels (which were large and fluffy). Definitely recommend this hotel

Great area, walking distance to public transport. Comfy bed. Staff were courteous. Loved the mirrors and lighting as alot of places, struggle with decent lighting in the bathroom. A tad on the cosy side, but we were there just to sleep. Paid extra for a window just to see another building a foot away. Could do with a another set of power points and a mini fridge. Water pressure was terrible. Struggled to wash my hair. Otherwise, had a great stay. Thanks
