Amazing service. The staff there were very accommodating. We were able to store our lounge coming and going, we have a great breakfast in the morning and they were able to help us get a taxi to the train station reserved. We got a room with a window which I highly recommend

The hotel was within walking distance to the train station. We were surprised they do charge you for storing luggage for early check in and also again upon checking out. Hotel was clean and overall a good stay. About an 8 min walking distance from earls court train station.

Hotel is modern, clean and looks to have recently been refurbished. The staff are really nice and helpful. The problem we had was room size. Although our room had a small double bed, there wasn’t much room for anything else. It’s near impossible for two people to move around the room. No storage for clothing so we couldn’t unpack. If you aren’t fussed by a small room, then this is a good choice for a short stay in London.

The room was small but it was just for one night so that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel is having roof works done, this is only supposed to be done 10am until 5:30pm Monday to Friday but we were woken up at 8am Saturday by workmen outside our window & housekeeping started vacuuming outside the room & banging doors at 8:30am so what was supposed to have been a peaceful relaxing morning definitely wasn’t. If we had known this would’ve happened we would’ve stayed somewhere else.

Stayed here for a weekend away and had a great time, all the staff were so welcoming especially Divine who looked after us and really made our stay special. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a nice quiet place to stay just outside of the busy hustle and bustle of the centre

The room was lovely — small, but nicely decorated. It had a clean, almost clinical feel to it. The building itself is beautiful, and Kensington is a charming area to stay in. However, the location isn’t the most convenient. There’s no Underground station nearby, so you’ll likely end up walking quite a bit or relying on Uber to get around. The bed was comfortable but very small — if you’re sharing with a tall or larger partner, a standard double might feel too tight. Unfortunately, the sink was also blocked during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway could definitely use some TLC, as it’s starting to look a little worn. That said, I still had a pleasant stay overall. Thank you to the team for the hospitality!

Booked and paid for a cosy double with a window, only to find out when getting to the room not when checking in, we had no window. Member of staff informed is it’s because another guest wanted to extend their stay, so we down graded you to a room with a skylight ( it’s above the bed and was waiting rather heavy, couldn’t be opened, A skylight does not substitute a window) offered a complimentary breakfast. Superb location for using the underground to get around London (Earl's Court station is about a 5 min walk away). While the room was quite small, it had everything we needed (2 people in the room) and was very modern; it was designed to maximize the utility of the space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and was worth the additional cost. Hotel staff were great. I would definitley stay here again the next time I'm in London.

The management staff at this location did a great job. Nothing is perfect but when issues arise and the management takes care of those issues, that is what is impressive. Shout out to Anna (manager) and Chaglot for doing a great job. They should be given a raise.

Lovely at check in, I was 5/10 mins early before the check in time and was able to get sorted. Good size room, bed was very comfy and was happily surprised there was a little hair dryer (after getting completely soaked on the way from the tube station). Would definitely stay again when it's a good bargain.

Very nice place to stay, especially if if somewhere to sleep, wash and change, nice and clean but the room a little on the small side, not a lot of room to move around, would be very easy to knock off the tele whilst trying to manoeuvre around the bottom of the bed. Close to Ealing underground station which is good
