It was spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and the beds were comfy. Just some feed back for ways to improve the hotel: The smell of the floor cleaner in the lobby was very harsh, The water runs very hot, and the soap dispensers, particularly in the shower, were difficult to use. The lighting in the bathroom is poor, and ours flickered. Unfortunately, one cannot use the hair dryer in the bathroom due to lack of an appropriate outlet, so my husband woke up if I had to dry my hair.

Great location, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities and overall condition for a higher end hotel Better lighting for shaving above the sink is needed. Cooler, rather than a mini-fridge, which had a limited, low temperature was disappointing.

Great hotel. Amazing staff.

Arrived at the hotel three hours before check in. I was going to ask if we could leave our bags with them until the room was ready, however, the room was ready! Went was the last time you went to a hotel and the room was ready 3 hours before check in??? Anyway- the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious. Breakfast was very nice indeed and once again all of the breakfast staff including the chef was very helpful and friendly. Unusually the checkout time was midday, which was a bonus. The staff also stored our luggage so we could go off for the day which was very helpful. Oh and I had a phone charger problem and once again the staff came to the immediate rescue. All in all, the hotel and more importantly staff get a solid 10/10 from us.

This was such a great hotel and in a very convenient location (3-4 minute walk to the Victoria Tube Station). The staff were welcoming and helpful (they even let me check in early as my room was clean). Added bonus: the bed wasn’t a solid rock. So often when I travel the bed is a brick, but I was pleasantly surprised to find the bed was supportive, but still plush.
