This place has good and bad. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. There isn’t very good soundproofing. I had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working and I ended up having an asthma attack due to the ongoing issue. Bring ear plugs and sound machine if you want to actually sleep. I had issues in all the rooms that were electrical related. If it wasn’t the AC it was lights or the TV. I found it to be a very stressful stay. Don’t depend on these people to do anything with any sort of hurry. The check in was absurd. I got there at 1pm asked to check in they said I must wait until 3. I came back at 3:30 and was told it would be an additional hour and half wait. Or I could take a lesser room than what I paid for. Room service people were nice One of the maintenance guys is really nice. Front desk staff are yes men with zero follow through. If you need a taxi don’t ask them do it yourself. It was close to Victoria Station and that was convenient. Will I ever stay again, NO!

Location of the hotel on top of an underground station was very convenient. Rooms are small but adequate. I personally do not like self-checkin at a hotel. I want a warm welcome from a human being instead.

Paid to upgrade to a king size suite. Bed was double at best. Hairdryer and iron did not work. On the Saturday was woken at 8.00 am by the sound of work men drilling in the floor above. This carried on for a good hour. There was no mention of this at check in. Complained at Reception who gave us a £10 credit at the bar. Considering previous night round of drinks had cost £30 this seemed completely unacceptable.
