We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this lovely hotel in a prime location. Nice breakfast, kind staff, and walkable location to Queen’s walk and Big Ben. Also, we paid a little extra for great view of Big Ben and the London Eye from this hotel.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice. Location was great for central London. Extremely close to London Eye and Waterloo Tube station. Breakfast was good but a bit expensive at 25 GBP per person. All in all, would go back and recommend!

Our stay at the Park Plaza County Hall was great! The biggest selling point is definitely the location—it is truly perfect for exploring London. We were within easy walking distance of so many major attractions, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. Walkable attractions nearby include: • The London Eye • Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament • Westminster Abbey • The South Bank (for the National Theatre and cultural centers) • SEA LIFE London Aquarium • The London Dungeon Beyond the attractions, the transportation links are superb. The hotel is a short, easy walk from Waterloo Station, which offers multiple tube lines (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern, and Waterloo & City) and mainline train services, making it effortless to get anywhere else in the city. Service was also very good! Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried their best to make our stay great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, nice room with a good size, my only negatives is maintenance could be improved, the doors of the kitchenette need adjusting, the shower head cleaning and there were rust stains in the shower door, we also expected a nice view of London, but the view of our room was a train station and the rails which are next to the hotel, though the room was very quiet, excellent noise insulation, everything else was excellent.

The Park Plaza County Hall was a fantastic find. The location couldn't have been any better for our sightseeing trip with close access to Westmister and Waterloo Tube Stations and Waterloo station. The staff were all very friendly and competent. Our room, 911, was great for family staff as parent and children sleep area was separated by a kitchenette facility which we hadn't expected. Our view of the City Skyline was amazing and we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Breakfast was included and was a great start to the day, although a couple more coffee machines in a different location would benefit both guests and staff. Overall a fantastic stay.

Loved this hotel! The staff were fantastic and treated our kids like they were VIP guests. The view from the window (overlooking all the trains at Waterloo) kept our whole family entertained. Loved the amenities and the breakfast. Would absolutely love to stay again.
