Amazing staff, so kind and friendly! Suit was slightly dated in terms of furnishings but it was adequately maintained & the balcony & view was lovely. Breakfast was nice (only negative - half a dozen people loitering around awaiting their omelettes!!) a separate collection area would be good as everyone stood in the way of the food! Would definitely stay again. Very good location for London eye etc.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, incredibly comfortable bed. Much appreciated the upgrade. Only issue was limescale on bathroom taps. I broke it off with my nails it was so encrusted, just to get water to flow out of the bath tap, but after that it was great! Lots of space, and the gym was good too. M&S close by so I could buy supper and breakfast, but lots of restaurants and bars close by if I didn't feel like cooking (I had a kitchenette in my room).

Good but some issues

While the hotel was very good, and the staff exce, there were a few issues. The water system seemed to have a life of its own making interesting noises. The housekeeping staff appeared to not be fully informed on when guests were checking out and who requested services, and the elevators are small and slow.

Perfect location

Recently stayed there with our grandsons. Perfect location, easy tube access. Hotel staff were amazing, breakfast catered for gluten and dairy free options for one of the children. Family room very spacious. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay there again. Children went home telling their parents they must stay there again!
