The room was clean spacious cool quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower hot water was great. The a/c works great and adjustable. Beautiful windows. Overall this is almost a 5 star experience for me. Free water daily but I was only drinking the still water n didn’t understand why they wouldn’t give me two bottles of that since the sparkling water was never touched lol. I stayed there 2 weeks for work. So my issue was; in the morning the elevators system is so bad, you could be waiting 5 whole minutes for the lift! And then there’s only one spinning door we allowed to use (they closed the other ones) and there’s actually a queue to leave in the morning! None of that is helpful when you rushing to catch a train lol There was no robe/slippers in the room. I took them from gym downstairs lol and when they cleaned my room they removed it once without replacing it so I had to go down to take another one. (I’m sure you can ask for these things over the phone but I don’t like waiting around).

We arrived at 1pm and we were given an early check in. The room was spotless with an amazing view of the London Eye and Big Ben. The sofa bed was set up for our 4yr old daughter and they even gave her Frozen bed sheets. Everything we needed was provided, excellent hotel.

Although we had London Eye view; our bathroom had a foul stench of gas from the drains that became more apparent and worse over the duration our two night stay. Anymore nights: I would have insisted to move room/hotel. Didn’t mention it until departure as wasn’t worth the hassle with our luggage and children/time of day. Also you can hear the lift mechanics/electronics banging constantly from the room. Otherwise fine.

Wow what an amazing hotel we were on 11th floor great view from our room the room was clean tidy smells lovely it was my friends 50th so I asked for a few things to be put in our room they went above and beyond to add the extra touches

Very clean room. Room had great view! Friendly staff. Only very slight criticism is that the breakfast fruit on offer is a bit more akin to a lower grade hotel chain. Lots of apple and pear segments but nothing in the way of berry fruits. Otherwise it was a 5 star stay!

Reception staff were super friendly on arrival and surprised our children with a goody bag each. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and sofa bed weren’t very comfortable but we only stayed for 1 night so didn’t spoil it too much for us. The concierge staff were very helpful and friendly when we left our bags with them to then continue our visit around London without having to carry our big bags. Overall, very happy with our stay.

Lisbeth and Ansar made the most positive impression during our stay at Park Plaza County Hall London. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. LisBeth had a calming and welcoming effect as our first point of contact, following the long, overnight flight from Philadelphia, PA, USA. Learning that my family could check-in to our rooms early was a relief and ensured we could rest before beginning our long-anticipated ventures throughout London; LisBeth provided thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. Whenever we returned to Park Plaza from our daily activities, it was comforting to see LisBeth's friendly face and warm wave; it felt like we were returning home! Ansar was congenial and we thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversation with him; he shared practical knowledge to aid us in our adventures. We were grateful to participate in the Ecological Programme and credit housekeeping for their care with keeping our rooms pleasant. Additionally (and I wish I knew the names of the individuals deserving of this shoutout), my son became lightheaded, near faint one day after exercising in the hotel gym; he had not eaten before going but felt that eating asap would relieve the ill feeling. Staff at the Breakfast Buffet and a hotel Manager were quick to assist and we are eternally grateful for their help. We give Park Plaza County Hall London a 5-star rating, highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning if we are fortunate to travel to London.
