Brilliant stay from start to finish. Rooms are beautiful and clean. The mini bar is an added bonus. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff were second to none. The spa facilities are a really great feature after a long day in London. We will be back.

The staff and level of service is the best we have ever experienced. The Dome Suite is incredible, room service steaks were perfect! The in house florist Mark does a fantastic job with flowers in every room. Andrew the porter is 5 Stars and all our thanks to Hannah in guest relations for planning the most amazing stay! Don't forget to check out the spa too.

We enjoyed our stay at One Aldwych tremendously! The hotel made such nice welcoming gestures- - such as books as gifts, thoughtful notes, free mini bar items including snacks, champagne, wine and sodas on the house. The rooms are comfortable and elegant and the corner suite is perfect for families. The staff including all the bellmen, Milan and Hannah at the front desk and the concierges, Alan Vieira, Stefano Trovo, Georgian Suteu & Nuccio Ferrara were so helpful and made our stay very special. The hotel has shoe horns, umbrellas, a secure safe and a Dyson hair dryer (including a diffuser for curly hair) for amazing amenities. The cleaning staff are trustworthy and came every day to clean and then turn down service later in the evenings. The hotel is centrally located and near the wonderful Covent Garden market. Very near shows such as the Lion King and Mamma Mia. Don’t miss out on a wonderful stay and a caring kind place to stay at One Aldwych!

We cant rate this hotel highly enough, everything was pefect from start to finish. The corner suite was amazing with its own xmas tree and amazing views of London life, the staff and managment were amazing with personal touches throughout our stay.One Aldwich fully deserves its rating as one of Londons finest hotels.

One Aldwych is perhaps the nicest hotel stay we have ever experienced. We have stayed at higher rated London hotels in the past & have not been as wowed. Our room was exquisite. No detail is missed. The linens are Frette & amazing. Beautiful huge fluffy towels, lovely toiletries. The decor is tasteful with all aspects of the finishes being done to the highest standards. Note that the rooms are smallish but we had a suite with a separate sitting room & a 2nd toilette. It was lovely & more than large enough. The fridge was generously stocked with an assortment of beverages including fresh milk for the in room organic coffee. Snacks were also plentiful & at no extra charge. Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice, including a gluten free menu. Our breakfast was the best meal of our day. We were steps from Covent Garden & an easy walk to most of London’s highlights including theatres. The Lobby Bar is stylish & comfortable to relax in with a cocktail. It is not a good choice for food as the portions are tiny & pricy. If we could give this hotel 6 stars we would!

An excellent choice for theater

We were only in London for one night so we decided to stay in a different hotel to check it out. One Aldwych room was charming. Rm 611 a bit small but nicely appointed. Staff very nice.
