nice stay for a reasonable price

The room was clean and for smokers (I am). The breakfast was perfect. No hot water sometimes.

The location is fantastic, minutes walk from Paddington station and in the vicinity of many great sights London has to offer. But that and maybe the price is all that's great about this hotel. It is dirty, mismanaged, and in poor condition. Expedia advertised this hotel as a three-star. One star is a star too many for this establishment.

Handy hotel.

Cosy and quiet hotel. Very poor quality TV if you enjoy your TV in bed though. It has a handy lift and is clean. Handy for all amenities and central. Safe area with shops and eateries all around. Situated on a nice quiet square. Great for price.

I visited the prperty over 30 yrs ago, and i had expection, only i had moved on and the property had,nt. The carpets where threadbare, the beds where uncomfortable with thin mattresses, the rooms certainly needed freshing up. Its in a great central location, jyst needs some TLC. Asked if i would stay again??? Mayb

Good stay, very old hotel.

Had a weekend stay with a friend in this hotel which looks nice at the reception area but very old in the room. To be a 3 star hotel is really so old, especially the bathroom..... Over all we had a good permanency, just sometimes the water wasn’t so warm under the shower.

The hotel looks decent from the outside. Once you got to the room, it's very dated. Do not expect anything fancy. To compare, Motel 6 in the US looks like a resort. Location is great, 3min walk to Paddington station.

Excellent Hotel in central London

They hotel was in a super location ,staff was exceptional,very helpful and knowledgeable,really great value in a nice part of London with little restaurants around and even walkable to Marble Arch 20 mins away. Thank you to all the front desk staff..I don't put many reviews but they made me want to share this hotel for others to enjoy
