Overall I loved my stay. It’s got a great vibe, it’s cheeky and I’d say a great vibe especially if you are on bachelor or bachelorette party!! The staff honestly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Comfortable stay in a funky room

Room was ready for me when I arrived, £50 security deposit was requested. My room was clean, comfy and with funky decor. Massive bed with plenty of pillows. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, water pressure 7/10. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided. Two large & two small towels, plus towel to stand on. Mini fridge with two free bottles of water. Blackout blinds and functioning aircon = a great sleep. Access to on site gym which is small but useful. Equipped with various cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and a bench. Free water in the gym fridge too. Daily room service if required, staff are really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if working in the area.

OK - but style over substance

Poor wi-fi. I couldn't connect to wi-fi at first, a friendly chap from maintenance came to help, we got it working by the door of the room, but once I used it further in the room it couldn't connect or kept dropping out. Pillows also lumpy and uncomfortable.

A lovely room with luxury touches which make the stay. Bed was really comfortable and big with lots of pillows. The bar staff were the highlight of our stay, Justin and Jaleni were brilliant!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an easy 5-10 walk from the tube station. It's actually right between 2 -Angel and Old Street on the Northern Line and both are an easy walk to the hotel. Once you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by a wonderful calming scent that relaxes you. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. They even have refreshments while you wait. My room was clean and inviting, and looked exactly like the pictures. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great. There were so many choices - sweet, savory, gluten free, juices, different types of bread for toast...like I said, so many choices. One of my favourite days was just chilling in the lobby by the fireplace, having a drink and drawing on my iPad for a few hours. The only "half complaint" I had was the accessibility shower. The shower curtain couldn't contain the water around the shower drain, so I ended up flooding out the bathroom floor a couple of times. I used a lot of towels! Overall Great Stay, Great Staff, and Great Memories. Thank you nHow 💕

Funky hotel and friendly staff

Loved the style. The additional touches were appreciated. The checkin felt genuinely welcoming. From the booking to the email updates everything just felt light and fun yet were serious about making our short stay as good as it could be. We will definitely be back

Great hotel, beds could use an upgrade

Great hotel, very trendy, large spacious bathroom, loved the theme. Fairly close to the angel station. Only complaint was that the beds were not comfortable. Too hard which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Funky sleepover

Great hotel, clean, funky, good staff. Small niggle our room wasn't ready at check in, but a different room was found for us. Be aware you will need to use the bus rather than the tube if you don't want to walk for too long.

Rooms are big and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Mae helped us check-in. We did not request ahead of time for connecting rooms. However, she was willing to look in the system and got us connecting rooms! It made our stay so much more pleasant and convenient. Thank you so much Mae! Will definitely recommend Nhow to others and stay again.

Disappointed

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and had a very positive experience with excellent customer service, but our recent stay left us disappointed. Upon check-in we were told we were given a free upgrade, but it was 2 visits from maintenance and around half an hour later (electrical issues) before we could relax in the room. The room felt a little run-down compared to our last visit (especially the bathroom) but was clean with a comfy bed. The service we received from reception was on the miserable side. Unlike our previous visit it has left us feeling that we won't choose to return.
