Fabulous Stay

Our stay here was brilliant. It was for my husband’s birthday so I popped a note on the booking form. When we arrived, there were treats in the room for him. The little touches really do make a difference. The spa and breakfast were also great. Fabulous stay! 10/10

The hotel was super cool. We had one of the largest rooms but were told all the large rooms faced away from the street so our view was a brick wall and trash cans. We were on the 4th floor and asked to move to a higher level, but were told the hotel was full. I was disappointed with not having better lighting or view of the city. I’m disappointed that we could not be accommodated outside of that we had a great day.

It was a clean and relatively modern hotel. The room was a bit small for 4 people, but perhaps that's standard for London. Regardless, we had a good trip. I wish there was more variety for the breakfast buffet.

Delayed check in

The check in was slow the staff were not accommodating with the customers We were in the hotel 30 min before check in and we waited until 3 pm to check in. We were informed that our room was not ready @ 1445 then we stayed in the lobby. We notified them that we have a graduation to attend@ 1600 and up until 1515 no one has came to us to update then I initiated to ask them @ 15:20 and the male staff (indian) was not concerned and told us our room is not yet available. I challenged him since it was almost 30 min late from our check in and we need to prepare and attend the graduation. It was at this instance when he took effort to check his computer to find out that our room was ready. We managed to have our room 1530.

The hotel is spotlessly clean in an excellent location. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was faulty and did not work throughout our stay. The hotel staff tried resetting it but this did not work. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was fully booked. We were provided with a fan however this blew hot air around and so the stay was not as comfortable as we would have liked and had a disturbed sleep. That being said I would stay here again.

Really awesome staff and nice clean facilities. Pablo was really helpful and had some great suggestions for us while we were in London. Make sure you go to the Swiss butter for dinner at least one night it’s amazing.

Good option for our family of 4

My 75 year old mom , 17 and 13 year old daughters were in Europe for their first time. This was a great hotel for us. Very spacious for a group of 4. All the modern conveniences. The location was near 2 metro stops. It was an easy walk with luggage to the Elizabeth line stop to get to Heathrow. Also we left an item behind. i was able to contact the hotel and received a quick response to coordinator shipping the item to us in the United States. (Thank you Svetlana).

Check in was simple, left bags and went to explore. Room was nicely appointed, air con however kept tripping out and at one point it was uncomfortably hot. Asked for a fan, duty manager came up and reset aircon - did seem to work but took an age to cool the room.
