Poor experience. No Hot Water. No plan from front of house team to address issue. Faced with ultimatum to cancel room and find somewhere else on the day. Told by reception - it's my problem, not there's. Blessing in disguise that we didn't end up staying here if this is how well staff are trained in hospitality.

Bathroom was very small, making getting in and out a challenge. Less mobile or larger people are likely to themselves and injury. Breakfast selection was disappointing. Orange juice was terrible and no muesli.

Very friendly never really drunk there I was going to the theatre very clean handrail was loose I did let them know. Free popcorn when you arrive whenever you want it a photo machine free I don’t think people realised it was actually there. I had a massive discount of the room. £220 from £280 if it was around the £150 Mark I will be booking his hotel for London lots has you got a swimming pole? Didn’t use it cause I had a cold. But if this hotel was a little bit cheaper I’ll think it will be a winner and look at other hotels in the area but overall excellent
