Don’t stay with these clowns, think it’s acceptable to move you to a hotel 40 minutes away from where you wanted to stay. And won’t give any form of refund! Ridiculous.

Lovely hotel, room was great as was the bar. However I had several mosquitos in my room, after jumping around killing 3/4 of them, I still got woken up at 4am by one buzzing around me and have spent the days after itching several mosquitos bites up my arm 😔

Great rooms that are a very generous size compared to some others. I stay here often, location is perfect for anywhere in London due to the proximity to Liverpool Street Station and other tube stations

Good check in, nice room. Breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately there were no English breakfast tea bags in our room so we had to ring down for some and it took over 45 mins to be bought some - not great service and we’d given up on the idea of a cup of tea by that point!
