Brand new hotel and absolutely gorgeous. Great central location and close to the tube station and you'd have no idea that there was a big beautiful garden area for lounging and dining in the back. The hotel breakfast is delightful and the service was great. shout out to the kindest server Jo who made us feel very welcome and special. Without exaggeration we will be back to Templeton Garden EVERY time we return to London
Miiro Templeton Garden was a quaint, well-appointed hotel in a great location. It’s a cute neighborhood and was a 3-minute walk from the Earl’s Court tube station which is on the District and Picadilly lines.
This gave my daughter and I easy access to everything (including the airport which is on the Picadilly line).
The hotel is new so it was clean and tastefully done. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but we did get croissants and coffee at the cafe’ and they were very good.
I would recommend this hotel as a quaint, quiet spot with easy access to the city.
Beautifully and tastefully renovated, eco-conscious hotel with a lovely back garden on a quiet side street in a very bustling neighborhood, Earl’s Court. The Earl’s Court tube is around the corner so you’re connected to everything. Good food in the hotel restaurant too.
Positives:
- Modern hotel with beautiful/classic decor
- Still feels very much new, I.e very soft carpets, everything in excellent condition
- Polite staff
- Less than 5 min walk to closest Tube station, which connects to Piccadilly Line
- Good check out time
- Beautiful garden with nice seating
Areas of Improvement:
- The rooms are not quiet at all. We could easily hear people shouting, even sneezing from the street throughout the night. A couple in the room next to us were on FaceTime to a family member and we could hear every single word both they and the family member said. This may not have mattered that much if it wasn’t very early in the morning and we needed sleep.
- There are no black out curtains, which means in summer in the UK the light starts to shine through from 4 am, which can make it hard to sleep.
- Aircon whilst on, is very hard to use (for 26 year old who travels to many places). This meant it was very hot throughout the night.
- The area the hotel is situated in, isn’t the best and I wouldn’t feel safe walking here alone.
- Small matter of preference…. But the bar could do with serving more of a variety of drinks. Cocktail list doesn’t have any classic cocktails and are quite obscure choices. We wanted to have a nice drink before we left but ended up having a Coke because the menu was pretty poor.
Beautiful hotel with amazing gardens and lovely interiors. The staff was extremely hospitable.
Breakfast was great with a large variety
Very short trip but will definitely come back.
This is an absolutely beautiful central London hotel with lovely common areas and a fantastic garden. Rooms were small but had great bathrooms. Our only negative comment is that we had booked a classic king size room - the bed was 5ft/150cm - a Uk queen size not king. Hotels.com is very consistent in describing beds as king size only when 6ft/180cm. The hotel tried to tell us this was a king size but the charming staff upgraded us to a better room with a proper king size bed as a matter of goodwill when we said this wasn’t our understanding.
Great hotel in excellent location. Room was a bit small, but very well appointed. Shower might be too tight if one is XXL. Breakfast was fantastic. Decor is outstanding, with little, well thought through details.
A nice gem in Earl’s Court for a a London City break. Great menu and shared garden takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to subway and network of transportation with a plethora of dining options and a block in from the busy street. I’ll stay here again.
This a new hotel just opened in April of 2025. This is a such 5 star hotel in every way: Beautiful interior in the room as well as downstairs lobby, coffee shops and bar and restaurant and lounge. Every one is super friendly nice and the best thing a it’s literally 3 min walk to subway or they called it Tube station and there’s a line which goes directly to the airport with no change of trains. Also, good Indian restaurant is right across the street and good Chinese restaurant and Thai and two markets in a 3 minute walk.
Best location ever and best hotel ever.
This review was ultimately decided by a number of things: room upgrade was advertised as vip perk but not offered (and rooms were available), also a free bottle of wine. Tip - just don’t bother advertising these if you have no intent to honour. Rooms were pleasant but very small - main issue was they were uncomfortably warm at night. Room a/c not operable from room and had to call reception. Couldn’t do that from phone in room as it didn’t work and its language was set to German. All a pain at 1am. Sink was blocked but they did quickly remedy. All of the prices in bar and coffee shop weren’t the actual prices - they add their own tip on (is this a London thing?). Happy to pay but then they asked me to pay £16 tip for hotel staff at departure!! After I just paid £800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights- very cheeky. Coffee shop is lovely - bar is also nice if a bit poncy. Not a proper bar in the truest sense of the word - but lots of experimental cocktails if that’s your thing. All of the staff that we encountered were lovely. Location was good , very near to Earls Court tube station.
Absolutely incredible. I’m only sorry it wasn’t longer. The backyard garden is a serene oasis in the heart of London. The decor, the staff, the food, every single element of the rooms are all perfection. It was such a pleasure to be the there and I doubt I’ll ever stay anywhere else when I visit.
