The door to the room was loud and difficult to close. Needed to ask the desk for toilet paper. The kitchen very few teabags and coffee for a 5 day stay.

Staff were very helpful but you need to be aware that it is not serviced like a hotel and there is a constant noise of the underground except for about 5 hours a day. Good if you just need somewhere to sleep and little else, this works fine.

Had a wonderful stay at the Marlin Queen St apartments. Unit had all that we needed. Bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch. Note you can hear the subways running from the unit but they don’t run all night. My only bit of feedback would be to consider installing a handle bar in the tub area as it is quite slippery. I was travelling with my 79 year old mother and she found it difficult to enter and exit the tub due to nothing to hold on to. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. The location is central and right by St. Paul’s.

The location was excellent. Its a modern apartment building. Reception 24 hours. Quite noisy on the pub side and you can hear and feel the tube underneath. Goes quiet around midnight

Nothing wrong with the apartment itself, except that it’s directly located above the underground central line. I stayed in apartment 6 on the first floor and heard every train (to the point of rattling the doors) until approx 1am, then starting again at approx 6am. Very little sleep because of it!

Conveniently located apartment building meaning you can walk to a lot of central London sites, plus a Sainsbury’s and restaurants in close proximity. The apartment itself is nice and spacious by London standards. The kitchen meant we could cook fresh food for our baby whilst we had 10 days in London.

This was in a great part of town close to lots of food, transportation, and sites! 24 hour concierge so nice and safe and quiet. Great conditions inside with comfortable bed and full kitchen. Big deck, too! We would stay again.

A receptionist named Mahamud said that using the sofa bed would require an additional £60. This information was never disclosed beforehand—neither at the time of booking nor during check-in, and there was no mention of it in any materials provided to guests. Charging extra fees without prior disclosure is extremely unacceptable. Is it even legal to impose such hidden charges without informing guests in advance? I will never book this hotel again. There is no integrity.
