The room clean bedding clean only the lack of facility like for disable i am not disable but got knee replacement we climb plenty of step maybe it's my faults i only book online but it's ok we get by and no porter to help us in small bag Thanks

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we were able to check in quickly and the room was clean and warm. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to st pancras tube station , so very convenient! Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect for my requirements as a solo traveller just passing through. Close to kings cross/st Pancras. Room was smallish yet fine for a short stay. Tv worked fine. Kettle and tea/coffee. Small en-suite, again fine for me. More importantly it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked really well which is a bonus when travelling.

Basic but clean and safe

The hotel is basic, but clean, and I felt safe as a lone woman. One of the light fittings in my room made a very annoying buzzing sound and the light in the toilet was broken. Bed was comfortable and room a decent temperature. The epitome of “you get what you pay for”.

We loved our stay at the Macdonald Hotel! We were so welcomed and this stay really made our trip to London worth it. For the price we paid we got exactly what we anticipated. The photos online are exactly what was shown. The location is very convenient, there is train station less than 5 minutes away. If you need an affordable, simple place to stay this is for you! We will definitely be back for our next stay!
