Staff and room were as expected but the breakfast was poor. Coffee undrinkable in any mix. Selection at breakfast was minimal and the bread was tasteless. Hard bagels but no cream cheese. Probably the worst breakfast we have had in any London hotel

The air conditioning was limited to 19c and consequently the room was too warm to sleep. I have not experienced this problem before at the Royal Leonardo which is why I have returned so many times. Going forward I will stay elsewhere.

Great location. Very friendly staff and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower in our room was annoying though with shower head facing the door so the bathroom floor was often soaking wet. Which is dangerous.
