Don’t bother with the executive lounge. Really isn’t worth it and very poor experience. Dirty with almost all the tables full of old glasses and rubbish, coffee machine a health and safety violation and very nearly got burns due to the high pressure steam that burst out (also not working so no hot drinks in the end). Very limited snacks and drinks with no allergen information.

The reception staff and concierge were fantastic, room was basic but nice. The staff in the main downstairs bar however didn’t come to our table once, we had to go up to the bar for every round and were charged service charge each time! The waiters also came round collecting lights from people’s table before last orders were called as well!

Great hotel rooms, much larger room than I expected as London hotel rooms are traditionally small. White company toiletries were a surprising treat. Friendly staff, nice hotel bar. Greta location. Would stay again.
