It is actually a very nice hotel in a great location. The area is very clean and convenient. Two Tube stations in the walking distance of 5-6 minutes, lots of cafes and places to eat. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and a bar. The property appears to be very clean. Rooms are nice however could be a bit bigger. The bathroom was definitely too small for the 4 of us. The breakfast is good and it is worth to book it. The only thing at breakfast that I noticed and did not like was that the waiters did not manage to take away the dirty plates fast enough, we had a table full of dirty plates as we were having our coffee. Also at the bar, one evening we ordered a bottle of champagne and they did not serve it at our table - they said they were too busy! The pool area and sauna are not nice. Other than that I would stay in this hotel again again. I liked the lobby and the bar area, you can relax nicely after the whole day of sightseeing.

This hotel was a perfect choice for our needs. It was convenient to St. Paul’s Cathedral, public transportation on land, and river too. It was very clean, neat, with several dining options on site. Most of all the staff was kind, accommodating and a delight to be around.

Hotel was modern and clean. Flight from the US got in super early in the am so understandably we were not able to check in when we arrived: just wish they could have sped up the cleaning a bit so we didn’t have to wait the full time until 3pm as we were exhausted. Also our room was cleaned very late each day. We had been out all day so it would have been nice if they had cleaned it earlier than 3:30pm when we were returning to shower and get ready for dinner. Other than this we really enjoyed our stay.
