Reception staff pretty unfriendly. Did not get a superior king room like I booked. No couch or table, no luggage wrack, just a bed and desk. Fridge was locked like a cheap motel. Small bathroom but seemed clean. My view was literally a concrete wall. Safe was broken, had to walk around London with all my money and passport the first day. They did fix it though. They had drinks in the lobby every day for guests, but nothing was mentioned to me about it. Twice housekeeping staff walked in after a quick knock and no time for a response. Very strange. Overall disappointing.

Just steps from Tower Hill Station and within walking distance of Tower Bridge and nearby attractions, this location is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and the beds exceptionally comfortable. To top it off, the staff provided outstanding service.

I asked for a nice view and was given a room facing the bedrooms of people’s apartments. I could not see anything but a wall and windows that stared directly into residence apartments next door. I kept my curtains closed the entire time because I didn’t want people to see me in my room.

recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the amenities were just what I needed for a pleasant stay. A special mention goes to Luke, whose excellent service truly stood out. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and warm approach made a great impression. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially thanks to the outstanding hospitality from Luke.

Spa and pool were cold. Disappointed that there are two Leonardo hotels with 1 word difference therefore friends ended up at a separate hotel. Rooms were hot and when you put on air conditioning it was extremely load. Opened the window but there was a train station platform almost directly out of our window therefore announcements made from early morning.

Our stay was excellent. The executive room was super and clean, the beds and furniture were great. The staff were friendly and happy The food was amazing with the best breakfast options I have had in along time. The gym, pool and spa facilities were also amazing a lovely to use.

Disappointed

It was okay, a few problems, with room not being ready, plus told i would get a room with a view, but never happened ,given a complimentary bottle of wine ,instead .Even though I had upgraded to a late checkout, staff pestered, for us to leave from 11.00 am ,but overall the staff in bar ,restaurants and spar were very helpful and friendly.
