Had the worst experience here. It’s not worth it.
I arrived around midnight with a large suitcase and two carry-ons, only to be assigned a room on the top floor (4th floor). They claimed there was an elevator, but to reach it you first have to go down one flight of steep, awkward stairs. The elevator itself only goes to the 3rd floor, and from there it’s another three sets of stairs to reach the 4th floor. After I struggled and nearly fell getting to the elevator, the front desk finally offered to help with my luggage.
During a heatwave (Aug 11 & 12, 2025), the air conditioning didn’t work at all—it blew hot air like a heating system. I couldn’t sleep the entire night. I filed a complaint at 7 a.m. on Aug 12, but when I returned at 10 p.m., nothing had been fixed.
I asked to check out early and requested a refund, as I had paid for an air-conditioned room, but they refused.
I do have sympathy for the young man at the front desk, who worked long hours and seemed inexperienced in handling these situations. Unfortunately, this reflects poor management rather than his fault.
I would never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone—bad management and poor service.
