Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
No one to greet you on arrival; I could not initially get into the building, so called the "24/7 concierge" and the phone number stuck on the door, both went to voicemail. Admittedly, they did call back, but 20 minutes later, which would not have been OK. Fortunately I had already managed to get in on my own.
In the room:
Curtain did not cover window so light let in / poor privacy
No shower head holder in the shower
Hair dryer did not work
Mugs not clean and no milk for tea/coffee
Poor sound insulation and slamming doors in the corridor - could hear every other guest loudly in the room
Plug sockets hanging off walls - possibly unsafe
Flimsy furniture with paint flaking off
Clothing from previous occupant still there
