I woke up at 3 am my first night of an eight night stay to bed bugs crawling on me. The night desk clerk found me another room on the "third" floor (it's really the fourth, because the ground floor counts as the first), but didn't offer to help me move my luggage from the ground floor or inspect my new room for potential bugs. Management never contacted me to apologize or check on my wellbeing, I had to contact them. They did refund two nights of my stay, but because I was traveling for both work and vacation, my room was booked on two cards and they automatically refunded the first card. So my company was refunded, but I personally didn't receive anything from the hotel. Bed bugs happen, but I am so disappointed in the lack of concern shown by hotel staff and management.
