We waited for 5 or so minutes as check in was very busy and slow , nobody acknowledged we wey there . Eventually a member of staff noticed we we were there and sent us to floor 8 to check in and all was well Also the room was not very big and the bedside lights we’re difficult to use when in bed as the switch was on the lights wire and not easy to reach.would be better as a switch on the wall When checking out and paying for items used during our stay ( the principal had been paid some time previously) I was told I had breakfast to pay for which I already new and a gratuity charge which I was not aware of. I think adding a gratuity charge without previous warning verges on sharp practice!! I did pay it as your staff I general were very good. Your bedding and pillows were absolutely first class My comments are made constructively as you are a 5 star hotel and must keep on top Dudley Miller room 839

Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only issue with the entire stay was the wait for the lifts. Only two lifts in service and we had some relatively long waits for them. Especially at check out. However we would choose this hotel again when we visit London

Lovely staff in the evening when we went in for a coffee. however the breakfast staff felt like we were an inconvenience to them even though we tried to order the same coffee's from the night before we couldn't have that option Kept getting told how many minutes we had left to go to the buffet breakfast every 2 minutes ! We had gone in the restaurant 30 minutes before shutting and we just wanted a relaxing breakfast, been to this hotel several times but never again ,i want myself and my family to feel relaxed, this was not

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent service.

Location is great. The Front Desk & the bell service were great. Loved about the toilet. ( just like everywhere in Japan. washlet toilet ). Price for the room is a bit over priced. Also In-Room dining menu has room to improve for menu selections. Lobby area is beautiful with flower arrangement. I would select this hotel again for London stay.
