Great hotel for a weekend in London, location excellent for getting about London. Rooms small but clean and well designed.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
I have stayed here before. Love the area. Close to Kings Cross and shopping. The rooms are small but clean and quiet.

Booked a single room on Expedia at about 6pm on the same day. Arrived about midnight with a flat phone battery and they had no record of my booking. Had to charge my battery at reception to get my email to prove I had booked. Then told they had no rooms left. Eventually, after some discussion, they gave me a quadruple room for the night. After that the my night was ok, but I wouldn't risk booking here again.
Great place to stay in easy walking distance from Kings Cross Station. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Close to St Pancras and Euston stations. 10 minute walk. Room was small but comfortable and the shower was great.
We had a front basement room which I would not recommend because there was a lot of noise throughout the evening. It didn’t help that the temperature had been 25C so we needed the window open.
Walkable to King’s Cross, close to Theatre District. Rooms are tiny, but very clean and comfy. No a/c or fan, but the window provided a breeze. A very comfortable stay.
Before i made the payment for the hotel, they said I could book it the same night. It was around 8pm - 2am from 2nd April - 3rd April. I paid for it only to be given confirmation that it was for 2pm to the next day 3rd April to 4th. They said due to it being non refundable they won’t pay my refund. The thing is if you’re going to say it’s for the same night then honour your part of the contract instead of changing the times after I paid for the room. That’s not how contracts works. If it’s at a set date as agreed on the contract then it should be as it is. Not such that you change what’s on the contract after it as decided without me involved. I demand my money back. It was ridiculous
The room was small and on the top floor with no assistance with our lugguage which was disappointing. The hotel is in a convenient location - close to St Pancras. Staff not overly welcoming either, but it was a place to rest our head and it was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay.
