A good choice

A tiny room with no air conditioner working. Very clean though and quiet along with its great location. Marvellous breakfast. Good WiFi. Strange system for hot water in the shower (I think it was broken). Excellent price.

As described by many other guests. Run down hotel. Ok of you are just using it for sleeping. Look everything works but its all very tiered and worn. Rooms are basic and amenities are limited.

I was disgusted with the room as it smelt like a suer and they said on the website that there was a bar and restaurant and there was not very unhappy not worth the money

Property lost my reservation, then charged me addition fee to get a room. Room keep losing power. Shower was not handicapped accessible which I requested for my elderly mother. Old and worn carpet in hallways. Would not recommend to friends or family

Quick overnight stay.

Good value and location for London. Easy walk to Paddington & tube. Staff pleasant. 1AM check-in no problem which was nice. Breakfast above average for type of hotel.

It’s cheap and in a great location. The bed sucks. The elevator is probably a death trap. It worked in a pinch but I would not recommend staying here more than one or two nights.

Hyde park stay

Nicely situated for Hyde Park Could do with a spruce up. A bit tired. Rooms clean and comfortable. Went to the Winter Wonderland which was very busy and ate in a very nice little pub

This is exactly what you would expect for £65 in this part of London. The bed was comfortable and everything worked, but the room was dated and finished cheaply, for example no latch on the bathroom door to hold it closed and plastic guards on the wall corners. The lift was also a little unpredictable so I'd recommend using the stairs! It's good if you just want somewhere reasonably priced for a night's sleep, and the staff were polite.

Staff miserable when they finally decided to greet you. Hotel tired and shabby. Carpets stained and trip hazard. Dust hanging off ceiling above toaster in buffet area. Room not as described in website and pictures differ. Lock falling off balcony door. Very hot room so I asked if air con can be switched on, they said all switched off for time of year. Ceiling fan too noisy to sleep at night. No lock on bathroom door. Hairdryer didn't work so they replaced with a normal one. Went down for more milk sachets...said they have no more until morning as housekeeping has the key. Finally persuaded them to get a jug of milk from the bar.

Location, cleanliness, staff all good. the property needs some work. The carpet in the lobby is so bubbly it is a hazard. The staff on the other hand are all lovely especially Laura and Martha. The guys are awesome too
