Hotel is quite lovely, lots of great common spaces. Playroom at entrance, gym, little outdoor patios. It felt like there was a lot to discover within the hotel which was a great adventurous way to be at the hotel as a family with young children. It’s really charming.

Really great hotel. Nicely decorated and warm atmosphere in both the rooms and public areas. Our bathroom door was making a godawful screeching sound every time we opened it but we didn’t say anything because how can staff not know about it, they were cleaning every day. Luckily that was the only real sore spot of our stay. Large studio room. Ample counter space in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast available, the options were limited but we just wanted some fuel for the day. The staff were very nice. Free candy at reception. Would 100% stay here again.

Superb hotel in a great location. Very handy for tubes and getting around London and in a very up-market area. Great choice of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were all super friendly.
