Customer service was great. Rooms had everything we needed, just a little dated and tired looking - desperately needs an upgrade to reflect Hilton standards. Mattress needs an upgrade, it was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was awesome - so much choice and great value when booked ahead of time. The lifts were too slow - not an issue if you're on the lower floors, however we were on the 7th, so using the stairs wasn't always an option, especially with all our luggage. Location was great, few minutes walk to Kensington Olympia - District Line and overground. Especially useful when there were underground strikes during our visit. Buses into central were frequent too.

The hotel was not in good condition. They said I had an updated room, but the rug was so dirty I needed socks to even walk on it. The shower was low, I practically had to lean over to fit in it. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room had a stale smell and overall very outdated. I would not recommend this hotel

Good but not excellent. On checking in, it was slow your not greeted with a smile, concierge was definitely really faultless, room service was excellent, we didn’t want the room serviced as we had an early start with make up/hair stylists coming to the room, I placed a full bin outside the door hoping they would have the sense to replace it, they didn’t. The bathroom sanitary box was Empty only one toilet roll in place, had to ask reception for coffee as there was only tea in the room. It’s the little things which are also important. I would stay at the hotel again as it’s in a good location. I think the Hilton just needs to polish up on the small things, otherwise a great stay.

Area is okay. My husband and I were hoping to be in South Kensington, this was a more affordable option and it is a 7-minute bus ride to the High Street Kensington shopping area. No tube station nearby, so we mostly used the bus (there are two stations as soon as you leave the hotel). Staff could do a bit more as far as customer service goes. The male receptionist that checked us in wasn't friendly. The one assisting with check out didn't even look up or asked if we had a good stay. Just grabbed our key card and carried on. Rooms are subpar and outdated. Beds squeak easily, matress sunken and uneven. Bath towels had holes in them, bath robes ripped. Everything feels wornt out. I have stayed at other Hilton hotels before and this one doesn't meet the standards the brand sets out.

London Hilton Olympia

Tight squeeze carpark under the hotel. Not very well signposted on how to get up stairs into the hotel via the lift etc. Rooms spacious and comfortable..plenty of towels,bathrobes and slippers. Tea,coffee facilities too. Breakfast ,had an extensive choice on offer.But do close at 10.30 am, prompt on Sunday am.
