5 mins from Paddington with good link into London Town. Comfortable and big rooms even if the bed was a little soft for our choice but that is person dependent. Would definitely stay again in the future, thank you to the team.

All staff friendly and helpful, room and other areas very clean, room very spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Location was ideal, with access to 3 underground lines within a 2 minute walk and an easy walk to Hyde park. Would definitely choose to stay again on our next London trip!

For a Hilton hotel, left a lot lacking. Hotel was too big and you could feel the attention to detail was lacking. Rooms dated (which is fine) however house keeping was sub par. Lots of details missing such as not replacing cups or finish making beds. Rooms not sound proofed & lots of noise from air conditioning. Great location.
