Great location for event i was attending onsite but housekerping need to chrck facilities as no moisturiser in bathroom, and no spoons with tea making. Website says room service but then told on check in that this does not apply to breakfast. As a lone female traveller this is one of my pre requisites so i wont stay again. Nice enough hotel tbough but little things would make it gain more ratings

Great staff and venue, poor sound resistance

The staff are friendly and really kind. The hotel is clean, fresh and suitably modern. Location was also good for tubes/trains. Great breakfast selection! However, they need to update their window glazing as the sound permeated too much from the busy roads outside. Sirens, horns, and even people talking to each other could be heard during the night. This was the only downside. Better glazing and we would class it as perfect.

Clean and comfortable

Busy check-in but the staff were efficient and didn’t have to wait too long. It took us a while to find our room as there were 3 sets of lifts as the hotel in enormous so had a few rides up and down until we found our room. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was a little dated and could have done with a refurb, but it was clean and functional.

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to London, the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the hotel is located right next to an underground station and some great place to eat. When we come back to London we will definitely stay here again.
