I spent a couple of nights in this hotel, here for my what are the positives and negatives:
- The hotel is in a very central location, great to walk around London
- The rooms are decent, clean, and quiet
For the negatives:
- I would not rate the breakfast highly, some of the food they serve is not the best quality, also for the first time that I stayed in an Hotel, there was a queue for breakfast before we could actually get in and sit down, and we were being told that we had 30 min before we should release the table (Not the best when you are on holiday and looking forward to relax).
- Outside of our room, you could see that some glass got broken before (a window maybe), no glass within the room of course, but I would think that it would be general maintenance to remove those broken pieces of glass...
It's not a bad Hotel, but do not expect Hilton quality.
