This hotel was a great choice for exploring London. The location is very convenient—just minutes from Waterloo Station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was a nice size, clean, and comfortable. A solid option for a central London stay.

The week was fabulous with the ultra friendly staff, the hotel being center to all modes of transportation, attractions, shopping, and restaurants and hotel security was excellent. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and drinks. Abin was part of the hotel restaurant and bar staff, he was super friendly, great personality, provided us with superior customer service.

I chose Hampton Hilton Hotel Waterloo to stay overnight. I was visiting the Hospital for an appointment. And going to see The War of the Worlds, Immersive Experience. The hotel is spotless and my room was more than perfect. Iiked having a sink for washing hands separately from brushing teeth etc. The shower was so refreshing and toiletries available, smells very nice. I stayed while we have a heatwave, it was so hot outside. My room was lovely and cool. The bed was really comfy. Breakfast is fit for a King, lots of choices. The Hotel is easy to get to from Waterloo Train Station. The Customer Service is top form 100% I would definitely Recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was well maintained. Umisha at the front desk was lovely and very friendly. There is NO parking anywhere, dropping off bags from our rental was a bit difficult. Waterloo station is a short walk. The beds are very firm and the complimentary breakfast was great. We would stay there again!

Easily accessible to numerous tourist spots. Museums, tons of restaurants and pubs. Hotel offers a wonderful breakfast for free! We had the lamb at the restaurant. It was awesome. Can't wait for our next trip. It was our first trip to London and it was better than we could have imagined. We live near San Antonio Tx and London felt as safe as anywhere that I've been.
