Excellent staff assisting with check in upon arrival. Complementary umbrellas to borrow which was very convenient. Great location only a few minute walk from tube stations, parliament and a fun bar with welcoming locals right next door. And a fun rooftop bar offering food and drinks.

It was a nice stay until I was ready to check out which they were demanding money for all water and snacks they refill anytime they clean my room which got me confused first of all I didn’t request it they keep refilling them after cleaning

Breakfast was the same menu every morning. Room was small. Shower leaked due to bad design. Checkin was delayed had to ask a few times before room was available. Nothing much around the area
