Great location for Paddington Station. Fab staff, quiet room with very comfortable beds. Room was small but perfectly formed, ideal for short break. Would definitely stay here again.

I have never stayed in a room where there was nowhere to hang your clothes other than one hook on the wall. No closet, no hangers. Nothing. Not great for a business trip when you need your shirts to be hung properly.

Sadly, we arrived pretty late in the evening and then got an early text that flight later in the day was cancelled and had to rush to the airport. SO, we didn't get to appreciate all this place had to offer. What we did experience was very helpful and polite staff, a very comfortable bed, and a quiet room. We were looking forward to the breakfast that we had heard great things about...but had to bolt. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel was great, really easy to get to/from the tube stations. My room was very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind. Enjoyed staying here and can definitely recommend to anyone else going to London.

Check-in experience was excellent and the ability to store luggage before our room was ready was very welcome. Room was very clean. The only complaint was that the basin in the bathroom was extremely tiny.

Planned to take a train out of Paddington first thing in the morning so wanted to stay close by, perfect for that. Rooms are quite quite small with even smaller bathrooms. Good for 1 night but would be tough for a multi day trip. Easy access to/from Heathrow and to the rest of the city.

Very strange and very expensive

The room was MUCH smaller than advertised. It was very expensive for the lacking accommodation. The hallways almost always were crowded with cleaning equipment from the cleaners. The elevators were very slow. The bed was comfortable. But if you have two guests you have to crawl over the other person to get out of bed. The sink in the bathroom was beyond comically small. It was impossible to use without getting water EVERYwhere. The shower steam apparently sets off a silent fire sensor which we were called about and asked if there was an issue.

Great location, 3min walk to Paddington, small property but very friendly and helpful staff. Upgraded us to a slightly larger room. Nothing extravagant in room but clean, floor creaked slightly. Overall great place to stay!
