A comfortable stay

We were lucky in that the gentleman at the desk was able to offer us a room on the 2nd floor, instead of the 3rd floor due to my husband's lack of mobility. The room was comfy. the fan kept the cool air of the night moving throughout the room. We had a bathroom and shower in the room and the shower was good with a strong flow of water. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. Very good location with various foods available close by, as well as a laundry mat.

It was fairly simple, but given the price—and the fact that it was in central London, within walking distance of Euston, a tube station, and my work conference—I really can’t fault it. It was clean and felt safe.

Ok if you want to share a bathroom

The hotel was a box room with 2 single beds, the window would not stay open and it was very hot. Also we didn’t have our own bathroom

The welcome was fast and efficient but the hotel feels like a hostel and lacks any real hotel comfort. It's a good price for the location but would be worth spending more. Overall it was OK but if you're looking for somwthing a bit nice, this isn't for you.

Hotel very run down .paid for executive room which cost extra ...put us in basement with no windows. Very small and claustrophic tiny shower cubicle no mattress protector old stained bed lamp ..no drawers for clothes just a small cupboard . Would not book here again

For the price you get what you get. Just the shower and toilet squeezed to "1m²". Windows at the ground floor not locking up so it's easy to get in from outside.

Overnight stay in London to go to the O2, for the price it was perfect, it had 2 beds, a tv and a sink. Didn’t even get a chance to use the tv as was out or asleep.

I booked this hotel after being seduced by the photos on Expedia — you know, those dreamy shots of a clean, spacious room with soft lighting and minimalist charm. Fast forward to real life: I walked into what felt like a crime scene sponsored by mildew and disappointment. Let’s break it down: - Clean and spacious? Try dusty and cramped. I’ve seen storage lockers with better square footage and fewer health hazards. - That nice headboard area in the photo? In reality, featured mysterious stains and moldy splotches mere inches from where your face is supposed to rest. Cozy! - The shower? Looked like it had been through a natural disaster and was still recovering. - The carpets? So wrinkled and warped I nearly tripped and time-traveled. - And the cherry on top? Our window opened up to a construction site, complete with friendly workers who could probably tell you what color your pajamas are. It gets better. The receptionist told us our room was "just one floor up". What he really meant was three narrow, steep, elevator-less flights of stairs. With suitcases. By the time we reached the room, we were halfway to Everest Base Camp. We lasted less than 5 minutes before heading back to reception, politely asking for a refund. The receptionist looked at us like we were the problem and claimed, "No one has ever complained before." Spoiler: We checked Google reviews — oh, people have definitely complained. A lot. About the same things.

Basic hotel but we only needed a bed for the night. Room was small but we didn't have luggage so not an issue, and the room itself was clean. Walls are thin, but it wasn't noisy during the night and our sleep was fine. Friendly welcome from the staff member on reception, and we would stay again given the price and location.

Location is wonderful, lots of great restaurants and easy transportation. Area in and around completely safe. But the physical hotel is the downside. Our windows didn’t close correctly, loud off the street, no air conditioning, no daily room maintenance, the shared shower and toilet rooms are unsanitary. During our stay the toilet seat broke and no one fixed it. Expect Dutch stairs which are very narrow and easy to fall. There is no lift available at property.

Brilliant stay

The hotel let us check on early. The people were polite and helpful, the room was clean. I normally get a bad back when I am in a different bed than my own but this bed was really comfortable and there was no noise so I slept incredibly well. Will book again when i return to London

You get what you pay for. Had basic amenities but only had one lumpy pillow each and one small table fan to cool us. Plusses were It’s in a very convenient location and easy to get to. It was what you’d expect for a budget hotel.
