I stayed multiple times over the past years due to the location on my business trips and the friendliness of the owner. The room i stay in is very small and you can hardly manoeuvre around, but that's ok for me as only staying over night. The room needs a lot of TLC. Small things are done as and when and it is ok overall with all key needs being met. Most recently i have noticed that cleaning is slipping, such as dirt on the floor, hairs in the shower and items not cleaned up behind the bin. The curtains and decorative cushion also need a wash for months... which is a bit disappointing. I was hoping to catch the owner before check-out to ket her know but had to leave before the reception was staffed.
Basic but had everything we needed. Excellent location to Paddington Stations

Excellent location, about 200m from paddington. Very nice staff. Room was small and basic, but did the the job and reasonable value for price paid.
Absolutely fine for a one night stay, although maybe too small for longer.
We stayed in the triple room with 3 single beds.
This hotel is very small but very nice. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean. It is very conveniently located both within a bustling neighborhood and to Paddington station. There are many restaurants within a very short walk.

The hotel is less than a block from Paddington station which is amazingly convenient to get to almost anywhere. The area was safe to walk around and lots of food options, and also a quick walk to many other sites. It's in a historic property, but we were able to get a room with an en suite bathroom. It was tiny, but functional. All the staff we ran across were very friendly and helpful. They have key fob access to the building and also the room, so that felt safe as well. We were on the 2nd floor and it was actually quite quiet. The beds were firm. The pillows were more firm. It's not all large, new and shiny, but it was very reasonable and quaint, and took care of our needs.

I politely requested an iron on arrival but was told the hotel didn't have one. Quite inconvenient for a central London hotel.

The staff are lovely, rooms could do with some TLC (paint, curtains, walls and bed surrounds could do with a wash) and are on the small side but do provide what you need (bed, hot shower, kettle, coffee, tea, TV, hairdryer...). Great location very close to Paddington station.

Room was good as well as staff communication. the toilet is really small which is clean but still it’s not that much convenient.
Good location, friendly/helpful staff, quiet, room was a bit small but that was as described so no issues there and perfectly fine for a short stay. Would I stay again - yes!
It was great. All staff lovely and couldn"t do enough to help. Room had everything needed for a 2 night stay. Warm and bed very comfortable . Very well sitated for Little Venice and transport routes. I made a mistake on my expedia review tapped a wrong face which was crying apparently.
Stayed at the Falcon 23 years ago and was delighted to return and find it just as charming. Great value and great location very close to Paddington station. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Thanks again for a very pleasant and memorable stay.
I am sad to report that we are terribly disappointed from the stay at this hotel. I chose it because the high 8/10 rating in expedia, however was very disappointed with the choice. The hotel looks and feels like a 1.5 star at best, old and not remodeled. We were placed at the basement room with limited window/fresh air. The room smelled stale and the shower seems in the bathroom had brown and black mold—my wife and daughter could not stop sneezing. The light from the next (dining) room projected through the thin curtains and didn’t let me fall asleep till very late. In the morning noise of people’s footsteps above us on the stairway woke us before 7am and would not relent. We cut short our stay and moved out after a horrible first night. We want a place to sleep not to be tortured. And the booking was same price as that of a four star hotel we moved to after that first night. (We got a partial refund because we showed them the mold—we have pictures). Management should be ashamed for keeping such low quality at that high price. Expedia should be ashamed for having a devious rating on this hotel—I can’t fathom how it possibly got a 8/10 rating; its at best a 2/10. Please avoid staying at falcon hotel at all costs.

Budget hotel, comfy but small
Stayed for 2 nights work trip. Booked single room. The room description did say 'Small room' but not sure that prepares you for it.
Room was very compact, sink and shower within the room and toilet behind a door.
No desk, table, or chair.
Room was functional, bed was comfortable shower was good and they provided basic toiletries.
Location is excellent.
Room did have its own balcony, I did not use but would be nice place to sit and relax if the weather was good.
Would think twice about booking that specific room, but would try hotel again.
