יחידת דיור גדולה בקומת מרתף. היחידה מאובזרת כראוי. אם כי חסר מגב ו/או מטאטא. ניקיון - לא מי יודע מה. תאורה לא מספיקה אין כפתור כיבוי תאורה ליד המיטה. מעל הכל מיקום מעולה.
