We picked this hotel because of an easy access from Heathrow Airport via Elizabeth Line to Paddington Station. 4 of us stayed in a Family Room for two nights. Our room was on the 1st floor (one floor above the ground floor). Our room turned out to be a split level room with the entrance door between two levels, not recommended especially for older folks. The upper level has two beds with no space in between and a small desk. The lower level has two beds with a tiny space in between and a bathroom. A closet was on a small hallway on the upper level. The entire place is so tiny and tight to do anything. Pictures shown are a bit deceiving (different family rooms?). In any case, over $350 USD for this room is overpriced. Each level had A/C that is in a working condition (lower level was colder than the upper level). Beds were nice but that's about the only positive thing about the room.

Good location, close to Paddington Underground and train station. Hyde Park was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and able to open the window. The bathroom did not have enough space to put toiletries, or a bath towel rack. Also would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room.

We enjoyed our stay at Edward Hotel Paddington, close to, train station, buses and walking distance to a variety of eateries. Room was a reasonable size for 3 Adults, can only judge on the room we stayed in, is was a bit tired, but clean and beds comfortable. Would recommend this property.

At first I was unsure of this property but the amazing front desk staff made the experience amazing, especially the blonde, i didn’t get her name, who works mostly afternoon shifts. Great stay walkable area small room but good for short time

Only thing good is the location near Paddington station. Rooms are very small. Not much room to spread open your luggage. There’s not even a chair. I barely fit in the shower that had no amenities. Outdated. Safe didn’t work so i locked my passport in my check in luggage. Walls are thin and you can hear the squeaky floors Pay for what you get.
Forearm width shower. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash.
Barely had room on the floor for belongings. Musty smelling carpet
