The staff was excellent! I can’t not say enough about how wonderful the gentlemen at the front desk are. The room had a lot of noise from the road and the walls are thin. A room next to us shutting the door echoed through our room. The bathroom toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall. Issues with the safe. Hotel is dated and has a lot of garbage/mattresses in front. Location next to to Paddington station is wonderful.

Super lean small rooms with bathroom and TV and window that opens. Great location and everything you need. Taking the heathrow express to Paddington station leaves you very close. Great neighborhood with lots of food options.

We enjoyed our second stay here. The staff were great, the included breakfast got us going in the morning. The hotel is minutes away from Paddington Station which we found very helpful. There are lots of restaurants and some express grocery stores. They have a small elevator which is helpful and air conditioning. We stayed in July so we really appreciated the air conditioning. We would stay again.

RUN from this hotel!! do not expect it to be a Days Inn as you know it. I can’t believe I paid over $250 a night for this dump. It’s a 100 plus year-old barely refurbished house with teeny tiny rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work. The windows don’t close. You get one rough towel. There’s nothing other than hand soap. The rooms are 10 x 8 if that. The first room (which I refused to take Was down one floor then down three halls, past an open supply closet with mop and bucket hanging out and maybe 6 x 6 with a cot in it. Not even a Window.) I wouldn’t even walk in it. The staff was very unhelpful. Stay away from this place. Days Inn should be ashamed to have their name on this.

We stayed at the Days Inn for 5 nights. Location of the hotel is amazing : close to many shops, restaurants, Paddington Station, metro and buses. Staff at the front was awesome and always very friendly My only small complaint was the room wasn’t the cleanest (hair round the toilet , dust, etc) Otherwise we had a great stay!

Building is a little tired, but room was clean and pretty comfortable and reasonably priced (for central London). Breakfast is basic, but can’t complain as included in price. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Location is superb…overall we had a really enjoyable stay
