Room was clean and teas and snacks were stocked. Hair dryer was not working at the room, but the replacement was promptly provided upon request. Breakfast had a good variety of food and drinks.

Location is good. We actually walked there from the train station. Let us check in at like 12 PM which was amazing since we traveled from America and landed at 8 AM and then took the train until 11 AM, very kind of the front office! Also let us check out late 12 PM on the next day. It was clean that American channels room is small but for European standards it’s decent overall I’ll give it a thumbs up. The restaurant sucked, but that’s not really related to Hotel. Just go downtown or something cause our Uber eats sucked as well which has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel itself was good, friendly staff, nice room and breakfast, the parking situation on the other hand was absolutely awful. I was picking up a rental car from St. Pancras station and asked the front desk if it was okay to park out front while we retrieved our bags from the room. I was told it was okay for the first 20 minutes or so, there was no mention of entering the license plate number in a kiosk. Upon returning home to the US I received notice from the rental car company that they had paid the parking ticket issued for parking at the hotel, cost me $175 with admin fees. We stayed here 3 nights in the same week, with this parking issue and hotel failing to 'find' the clothing items I inadvertently left behind on our first stay I'm pretty sure we won't be staying here again. It all just seems a little shady to me. Shame really as it's a decent hotel.

Great location, easy straight walk to kings cross for getting to anywhere on the underground. Local shops for snacks etc on the way to King’s Cross. All staff very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, traditional English food and very organized. They keep bags after check out if needed. Uber was about 13gbp to King’s Cross when we left because we didn’t want to lug our bags up to the train station, that was for an XL 4 people 4 large suitcases.
