Understated entrance leads to a glam reception

We had a very short overnight stay to attend the Palladium for a show.Location could not be better for the theatre and shops including the famous libertys of London!Hotel entrance and reception felt exclusive due to the understated door way,which led to a large glamorous reception.Staff were polite and friendly.Kindly brought us lots more milk and tea bags late at night.Wish we had more time to try the pool but we have to be out of our room by 11am,which is average for most hotels.

We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. AJ and the rest of the staff were great - friendly, courteous and efficient. The location of this hotel is great. A couple of minutes from Oxford Circus tube and bang in the middle of the West End. Room was large with a comfortable bed, large TV with Sky channels and a chaise longer. Plenty of toiletries were supplied. We paid for breakfast and I thought it was very good value. There was a variety of cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses. Yoghurts, fresh fruits, breads, cereals and pastries. You could order poached or boiled eggs etc and on the buffet were Cumberland sausages, back bacon, beans, scrambled eggs. Hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms. The sausages especially were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing room and common areas and well-located in one of the busiest parts of London. Stayed over NYE and it was a welcome respite from the hustle of the city. Our check-in staff was extremely friendly and helpful, big commendations to them. Would highly recommend.

So convenient for The London Palladium which is where I was heading. Fantastic restaurant choices in the immediate area and right in the middle of fabulous shopping options. The roof top restaurant wasn’t open due to inclement weather. With my mobility issues there wasn’t a handrail to grab on the few steps up to the entrance but I managed ok - there is perhaps a disabled entrance. The hotel staff were very welcoming and my room very clean tidy and quiet. All good thank you

Great place to stay in London!

We arranged a pickup from the airport which was a great start. The hotel was lovely and well situated. James the concierge was super helpful - got us tickets and gave us recommendations! The pool/ sauna was a nice feature and they even opened it early for us one day. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive.

The rooms heat was horrible. It would get very cold and then in the morning hours i was sweating! No blow dryers. Bathroom was dirty.

Best hotel sleep ever!

Spacious room with plenty of light even though it overlooked the internal courtyard. Very comfy beds and quiet corridors meant we had one of our best nights sleep in a hotel ever! We ventured up to the roof terrace briefly but as it was mid-December so cold and rain was forecast they had to close early, which I don’t blame them! Service was excellent throughout though. Would definitely stay again
