Great location, short walk to Liverpool station & other tube lines. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful with check in & recommendations for our short stay in London. Very nice lobby with a good vibe & cozy atmosphere. Overall modern & nice hotel & rooms. Very short walk to Tower of London as well. Highly recommend & would stay in this hotel again next time I visit London!!

It is a beautiful hotel, check in was very fancy, do it yourself more efficient. There is a wavier to pay on arrival which is £50 which is expected for London but this was not mentioned at all on the sight, so that would be great if it could be mentioned before hand. Room spacious, clean, comfy.... bathroom beautiful. It was a great stay.

Good stay in the city

Good location in the city, and rooms were still quiet. Staff were friendly, present but unobtrusive. Black out curtains were too short so light came under them at the bottom. Personally, we don't like coffee pods, and don't think them eco friendly.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is quite a few areas to sit for refreshments and they have refillable bottles for Water were small but very cosy right in the centre great access to underground Everything on the doorstep, Really would definitely stay again
