We arrived at 9:15 pm, but there was no clear sign, no reception and nobody answered the door.
A gentleman who was also a guest told us that we’re in the correct address and we need to have codes for entrance.
I wasn’t familiar with this kind of of situation and neither was the security guard of the building. When I called and talked to the security, he was insisting that I should have received an email, but anyhow, after waiting on the stairs, he came and checked my passport and gave us the code.
The day after, we learned that the information was sent through Expedia as a message, not as an email.
