Great location for the Royal Albert Hall and the parks. Big, comfortable bed. Our two teenage sons were fine on the sofa bed in our 1-bed apartment. Perfect for a short break in London.

Citadines South Kensington was a great choice for our stay in London. It suited our needs perfectly – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The on-site laundry facilities were especially convenient for a longer stay, and the location is excellent – close to Gloucester Road station, museums, and lovely local cafés. It’s a practical and reliable option for travellers who want a bit more flexibility and independence. We’d happily stay here again.

Great location in Kensington, easy access to the tube and Kensington Gardens. Our room was quite large for a London hotel, it was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - bottled water, tea, shampoo, etc. There was also a small kitchenette.

Please do no stay here. This property is run down to its core. Its so old and dirty we barely had any sleep. Didnt take a shower because there was mold in the tiles. Carpet peeling, dents on the walls, kitchen was old and stained. The sofa bed is a joke, the mattress in it is old,stained and thin as a paper. Asked for extra pillows and linens for the sofa bed and didnt get it until i ask for it the second time around 10 pm. The only good thing about this property is the location, but there are at least like 6 hotels around the corner so pick a different one. We checked in at 3 pm and left at 5 am. We couldnt stay anymore.

Good but not great. The location is excellent, the rooms feel a bit tired but we’re mostly clean and tidy. Our rooms weren’t ready when we checked in which was inconvenient.
