Room was smaller than I anticipated but adequate for my needs. Very clean, staff friendy, room very quiet. I did miss having some drawer space to put a few things away as only a small space to hang clothes. Had to put my big suitcase on bed to pack and unpack as not enough floor space.However, I was only in the room to sleep. The bed was comfy and all light switches on head board

The area around the Hotel was less than desirable. The AC didn't work, thus the room was very warm in the evening. The television wasn't operating properly as well.

THe room was clean and comfortable, and very close to Paddington Station. THe decor was very Best Western which means rather dull and not at all English. However, the room lighting was excellent and the WC well laid out given the limited square footage. OUr go-to hotel in this neighbourhood was fully booked, and we have found a satisfactory alternative.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, easy access to Paddington Station but still walkable to Buckingham Palace and the other major attractions. Room was a little small but was clean and well filled out. Hotel had some fantastic restaurants and local pubs all within walking distance.

Staff was amazing. Front desk was helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Rooms are small but clean and newly renovated. With the small size of the rooms having a space to sit and have a coffee or drink with family in the evening would have been nice but the reception area was not open for evening use.

Stayed due to the proximity of the station which was not too far. Loved the area surrounding, lots of food options. Unfortunately the rooms are not sound proof so I was kept awake by loud guests next door at different hours. Understandable due to the compact nature of these hotels. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper!
