Staff was accomodating and friendly. As for the property, extremely cramped. Tiny rooms. Not suitable for guests with large luggage especially when there are no lifts available. Not suitable for elderly travellers with luggage’s
It was a small cute comfortable room that was perfect for solo travel. The room was down the hall from the breakfast room, bringing wonderful breakfast smells first thing in the morning.
The hotel is next to Paddington station and the bus line making transportation, easy and smooth.
Best location ever. 5 min walk from Paddington station to ride tube or train. Paddington is an amazing little neighborhood with great food, great pubs and stores right around the corner. If definitely stay again. Lots of stairs to rooms fyi
Nice little hotel. Very convenient as it is close to Paddington Stations. We had a room on the top floor and there are a lot of stairs. The room was not huge, but nicely done. Ditto for the bathroom. The shower was pretty small but serviceable. No air conditioning, but a fan provided a little respite when it got warmer.
Was very close to public transportation and food options near by. We found a great Lebenese place randomly one night. The front desk people were very helpful and the room was cleaned regularly.
The location was convenient but staff were not friendly or helpful. There was no hot water one night but was fixed next day. The lights in the bathroom failed for two days and staff were unable to correct until we checked out. There was no air in the room except for a fan therefore we had to leave the window open and the location is very noisy so we got very little sleep. In addition any movement in the hallways outside were very loud and were heard clearly in the room There was no staff to assist with our luggage as there was no elevators which is typical for that type of building. We have stayed in a similar building on the same street but their rooms were smaller however the staff were very helpful and friendly and we regret not going back there. I will never rent from Belvedere in the future.
We were in London for the marathon. The hotel was in a perfect location and the price was really good. The staff were friendly. We were able to have a quadruple room, which was perfect for our needs, as a family of four. The bedding and towels were crisp white and the bathroom smelled clean and fresh. Everything about the hotel was perfect for our needs. The only fault was that the shower took ages to warm up and the water pressure was very low, but we would definitely stay again. We were offered breakfast, but had to leave at 7am to get to Blackheath.
A complete waste of money, trains are passing by every minute shaking the whole room, worst hotel experience in my entire life

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is right by Paddington Train and Tube stations and Hyde Park. Travel throughout London was simple. Many restaurants in the area. Felt safe the entire time I was there even when walking back late one night after seeing a play.
The only downside is there is no elevator. This may not seem like a big deal but the stairs are very steep and narrow and the hotel contains five floors. Hauling my luggage up was a pain. Truly that was the only downside.
Hotel was clean, and convenient to the train station. You are close enough to hear the trains coming and going, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The staff wee
