The staff was kind, the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed the Paddington area. The room conveniently fit 5 ppl. It’s close to the train and tube stations and there are nice dining options. If you’re touring, make sure to see the famous man in the clock a few blocks away! Unfortunately the lift (elevator) was out to service when we were there but luckily we were on the first floor. I would stay here again with my family.

Parking area was safe and good size for an SUV. Staff is super kind and helpful. Room is clean and comfy bed. Breakfast is ok: croissant, pain au chocolate (both fresh), boiled eggs (over cooked), cheese (ok), brewed coffee and milk, cereals, banana, etc.

Our favourite place to stay when visiting London. Easy walk to Paddington Station and close to plenty of dining options. Even though the rooms are small, they are clean and modern looking. Staff were amazing and friendly. Buffet breakfast was also very reasonable.

Can’t say enough positive about our stay. The location is great with easy connections at Paddington and proximity to Hyde Park. We easily mad the walk to Buckingham several times. Appreciated the breakfast and the kind ladies that worked the breakfast area. I would stay again and recommend to others. Very good experience!

Cockroaches were found in the toilet. We were moved to another room - the toilet bowl was not cleaned (it was faecal stained). Raised issues with the receptionist who assured that it would be mentioned to their manager.
