This is a great location. The breakfast was great, and there are pubs, dining, coffee shops and a delightful tea shop all on the corner. The staff was helpful, friendly, professional. This is a top notch stay in lovely Belgravia.

Broken AC and poor customer service

Room too hot, windows don’t open, Aircon doesn’t work - the fan that was promised after the first night was not brought to the room. For a stay in mid-May, I managed - but don’t see how you can survive when it’s hotter in the summer

Beautiful area with great restaurants and easy access to all the major sites of London. They allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and than allowed us to leave our luggage due to a late leaving flight.

Lovely place to stay

The property it was in a very nice location only a Block from Victoria Train station. Beautiful neighborhood. The hotel is small but comfortable for a couple nights. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. Our room was in the 3rd floor, no elevators and very narrow stairs. We felt really bad for the bellboy who went up the stairs 5 times to bring out luggage because the lift wasn't working. The AC it wasn't working so they tell us to open the windows. The shower was extremely small, no recommended for a big or tall person. Overall, we had a great time in London.

A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good and the continental breakfast was also very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The porter took our two large suitcases up three flight of stairs to our room. The hotel is just around the corner from Victoria coach station and it was ideal for my partner and myself to stay overnight before our cruise.

Loved the staff and Continental breakfast. The room was a little small for 3 adults but we made due. They were very diligent in cleaning daily and providing us with fresh water, coffee and towels. I would stay here again

OH MY GOODNESS!! We loved this place!! They took pride in EVERYTHING they did and made our experience unforgettable! The wonderful staff created us upon arrival with professional attention. The room was elegantly compact. Romi attended to our questions about London and even hand wrote us suggestions. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in all of Europe and offered a carefully currated variety of quality offerings delicately displayed. I cant say enough. This hotel will be our hotel anytime we are in London! Thank you to the Astors team for caring for us like we were long time friends! You guys made our first trip to the UK unforgettable!

The hotel is really three separate houses and one has to go outside to get to the one where breakfast is served. Staff were helpful, breakfast was OK. No fault of the hotel but my need to get into the centre of London was messed up by a stoppage on the Victoria line.
