Wonderful!!!!

I can only say wonderful things about our family of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Great space, nice aesthetics, and many eco-friendly details throughout. The room and bathroom were huge and very comfortable. Conveniently located. We didn’t get to try the Lampery which is attached to the hotel, but it seemed charming and something to do next time we visit.

Another comfortable stay at an Apex property. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Some aspects of the room were looking tired and a refresh is due. The dining area and the terrace are fabulous.

Good location, some maintenance issues though

The luggage lift wasn’t operational. One of the elevators was under maintenance most of the stay. The down button on our floor wasn’t working, so you’d have to go up with the elevator before going down. The room was clean, a bit small though. Gym is good, used it several times.

It was a fancy hotel in a good location, but they advertised laundry facilities and they didn't have them. We had ants in our room that they knew about, but they didn't do anything about it.
