Hotel reception area was noisy and treated as an inconvenience checking in as corporate do was happening in another area of hotel. Struggled to get access into the building when I arrived back around midnight. Fortunately caught attention of someone to let me back in building as desk appeared unmanned

Would stay here whenever possible!

It is hard to find a nice sized room for a family of 4 in London, not to mention one with such a great location. The room was a nice size, they let us check in early and is walking distance from many sights. We were impressed by all of the complimentary extras: bottles of water every day, snacks, tea, even a rubber duckie! Would absolutely recommend!

What can I say about a place that a didn’t stay at. We had to change the location for a conference I was at and cancel this booking. I understand that there was no refund. But even after I contacted provider who then asked me to contact the hotel manager, I’m still getting this survey. I wasn't there LOL

We love this hotel! It was in a convenient location walking to various establishments and tourist sites. It was close to transit. The building had lovely amenities and we enjoyed the bar space with delicious drinks and food. The room service was also very accommodating. The front desk staff was lovely and even upgraded our room due to our recent engagement. Made our stay!

The hotel was very close to the Tower of London and the Tower Hill tube stop. Our room was very spacious and th staff was quick to help us with anything we needed. There were also many pubs that were within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staying at the Apex London Hotel was a disappointing experience, especially for someone who travels frequently. I encountered several issues, including an overflowing shower, an unclean bathroom, and a dirty room. The room staff, who didn’t speak English fluently, struggled to communicate, and the front office manager promised to follow up but never did. After all the complaints, I was offered only a free breakfast, which felt dismissive. Even when I checked out, the promised communication never materialized, with a mere offer of a discount on a future stay. Overall, it was a lacklustre experience with poor maintenance, communication, and customer service.

Excellent stay. My friend and I so enjoyed returning to the hotel after day long adventures in London. The staff was phenomenal- attentive to all details: water by the bed daily, comfy room with good beds and an amazing buffet breakfast! DJ was our server our last night and he was fantastic. Will definitely be back!
