Amazing Apex City of London

Excellent 3-night stay at the Apex City of London. Staff so helpful, clean-supreme, rooms with A/C, spacious and very comfortable. Amazing shower and bathroom with all amenities. Upmarket reception and staff held luggage as boarding a later flight....couldn't adk for more! Very satisfied! As the saying goes, 'I'll be back..'...

- Location was great - Service was great - Room and bathroom size was great - Noise at 05:30 from upstairs not so great it was like the floor boards were paper thin as the vibrations made the bathroom door rattle making the situation even more worse. No lay in for us!

Great location but so many hidden fees and upcharges. For example, we were charged 5 euros (on top of service fee and tip) to charge a lunch we had in the hotel restaurant to our room. Had i known this, i would have just paid with my credit card at the resutarant. Its just the principle of hidden fees that i dont like. I expect london to be very pricey, but i like to know what im paying for. Otherwise it was a comfortable room and reasonably quiet. Theres no plug in the bathroom which is a bit odd as you then have to blowdry your hair in the foyer.

Just wrapped up a stay at the Apex City of London Hotel, and I can confidently say—top marks all around. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home (and then some). After long days of sightseeing and accidental time travel through British history, coming back to a peaceful, well-kept room was a dream. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile (and the occasional local tip). You can tell they take pride in great service. Now let’s talk breakfast: world-class. I’m talking about a spread that makes you consider becoming a morning person. Fresh, delicious, and included in the stay—always a win. Located right across from a quiet little park, it’s a calm oasis just steps from the Tower of London and other major sights. Would I stay again? Absolutely. I’m already planning my return visit. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Apex city of London Hotel. The staff were extremely curteous and professional. They went out of their way to help you. They gave me a quiet room away from the elevators, as requested. Jake one of the hotel reception staff helped me with train schedules and how to get to Heathrow. My room was clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again when in London.
