Great location, lovely warm welcome with mince pies and mulled wine. A much surprised upgrade and a drinks voucher each. Beautiful clean and large room with a big deep bath which was amazing after a day of walking round London. It was just the most perfect stay.

Great location for the business needs of my trip, very convenient to Tower Hill and Fenchurch, short walk to Liverpool Street station. Housekeeping was a bit off this visit -- just small things like a cleaning rag left in the room, breakfast crumbs left in the desk -- but overall, I enjoyed my stay and will likely visit again.

Lovely room, large space, full of all needed amenities and comfortable bedding. Only shame was in a room at basement level and the corridor smelt damp but the room itself was fine.
