The room originally allocated was dark and window looked out into fire escape. I request room change which they offered but the room was a lot smaller and only had shower. We paid extra for a deluxe King room but the allocated was not! As mentioned the bathroom only had shower the toilet seat was not soft close which is unacceptable for a 5* hotel and overall bathroom very small.

Hotel was paradise, exceptional staff, room was perfect with a free minibar (non alcoholic drinks) plus snacks. Restaurant; we had an amazing dinner and met the chef to personally thank him. Bar staff served the best cocktails ever! Great location too, I would highly recommend this hotel

Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too.
