The stay was overall pretty good. Only had one issue with water coming out of the shower drain after flushing the toilet. The water that came out was gross, so we had to rinse out the shower before use. Only happened one time.

Came here for a one night stay. Arrived at 2:50 for our 3 o clock check in time. We waiting in a queue for 30 minutes to be checked in whilst one female staff member sauntered ignoring customers. One man on the desk with slick black hair seemed to be doing everything he could. On check in we were told we had a complimentary mini bar with soft drinks. It was 2 bottles of water... Room was very cleam but the furnishings were untidy and battered. TV didn't work properly and nor did the coffee machine in the morning. Room was also advertised with a sofa - we got a chair. It was fairly noisy (but that was to be expected due to our room location). Others were offered complimentary breakfast for the shambles at check-in but we were not. Would say it is overpriced but location is great. Can not comment on the food or bars as we didn't use those facilities.

Attentive and courteous staff

It’s a very nice hotel with on-site amenities (restaurants, café, store). The staff is attentive and friendly. The only inconvenience was the daily construction or repair noise in the reception area. It’s a nice hang out area but didn’t take advantage because of the fuss and noise. (Perhaps this is temporary but happened during my stay).

Generally good, but a few bits to make it better

The hotel was well positioned, and reasonably priced, the general upkeep was clean and looked after, however the dust on the rear of the TV / sockets / cables, and the water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door let the room down.
