This is a beautiful hotel in a central location with a friendly and accommodating staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the week that I spent at The Clermont and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers. I especially enjoyed being able to access public transportation right at the hotel exit. It made me feel more comfortable being out and about at night because it was a short distance from the Tube.

It is attached right to a big station whether you need trains, busses, or underground. Very beautiful inside and the attached restaurant has good fish and chips! Overall definitely a 4 star hotel.

This was our second stay at the Clermont. We chose the Clermont Victoria because of its location near the tube and train station as well as walkable to nearby activities. The rooms were clean and the snack and refreshments replenished daily. There are areas of the hotel which will require some maintenance in the near future. The sixth floor window near elevator: Separation of drywall from frame length of window. Looks like the paint in the room was touched up but two different wall colors. Would I stay there again. Absolutely because of the staff being friendly and helpful.
