Sydney welcomed us when we arrived and checked us in. Very friendly and polite. Room was lovely, clean and tidy with nice complimentary mini bar and toiletries. We were celebrating my partners birthday so received a bottle of Prosecco and a muffin with a beautiful hand written note from the staff. We had both Breakfast and afternoon tea at the Clermont and could not fault anything.

Spent nine days there the last week in January and early February. The room was lovely.clean,and quiet. The staff were very nice on check in and took great care of me. Even though it’s in a very busy area it’s peaceful inside and nice to come back to after a busy day. Look forward to staying here again and thanks again

Everything about our stay at the Clermont was superb. The hotel is tastefully decorated and has been brought up to date beautifully. The staff were excellent and professional. The only criticism would be the coffee at breakfast. The flat white from the machine was undrinkable. It may have been that particular machine but everything else was fantastic.
