The hotel was super busy when we were there. Also, some may find it cumbersome having to take off your shoes every time you arrive at the hotel. Also having to walk in socks the whole time in the hotel including going to breakfast. The amenities were great, there were 5 different hot springs tubs to use which was very nice, free ice cream and amazing breakfast spread also water/tea/coffee available every day was very nice. Staff was kind and welcoming. The location was away from the main touristy area but easy taxi or bus ride back after a long day of exploring.
