Wonderful hotel right on top of the station which made exploring the city so much easier. The hotel is close to lots of non tourist cafes with matcha and coffee and lots of local restaurants with great options. Would return.

Very nice facility, only thing if they can increase the laundry machine and improve the gym but overall 9.5/10 Its my 2nd time here and i booked again bec of the exp and proximity to the subway just literally under the hotel plus 5-10mins walk if u wanna go to the other subway Excellent!

The hotel was ok for a short stay. Room was clean and the shower very nice although there were some minor scuffs around the room and the toilet roll holder was loose off the wall. I’m comparing this to our other stays in Japan and this one was slightly off. The bar was pretty limited - not exactly a full service.

Very conveniently located hotel, great for transit coming in from Kyoto, and quiet but still easy to get to busier neighborhoods. Staff was very friendly.

Great property

We had a 5 night stay and really enjoyed our time at this property. Super well located adjacent to a subway station (which takes you to the Osaka World Expo) and above a convenience store. The 2nd floor lounge (where they served breakfast and food/beverages throughout the day, as well as DJ's on select nights) was perfect. There is also a small gym (2 treadmills, a rowing machine, a stationary bike and some.freeweights) which we used.

I really enjoyed this hotel and all it had to offer. It was conveniently located in the financial area and away but close enough to the dontonbori area that is more "lively". The room was a bit small for three adults, but we made it work. It was super clean and always appreciate that!

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and it is one of my favourite hotels to stay at when in Osaka. It is conveniently located right on the Osaka Metro line, with one of the exits being right at the entrance to the hotel. There is also a Family Mart at the base of the hotel. The hotel and rooms themselves are always well cleaned, and while the rooms are a little snug if you have two larger suitcases, it’s still a pleasant place to say. Their buffet breakfast also has a nice mix and Japanese and western offerings, and was one of the better hotel breakfasts we had during our time in Japan. The staff have always been very kind and helpful at answering any questions we may have had. The only things I feel could be improved on are the laundry services at the hotel (they only have a few machines, which were always occupied when we tried a number of times to use them), and the pillows, which were mainly buckwheat. It would be nice if they had a couple of different styles of pillows to accommodate different guests’ comfort. Otherwise, it’s a great hotel and I will definitely be back.

Subway station entrance was literally right next to it. Close to all the shopping and touring locations. However, it was not right in the midst of robust area. It was in the midst of business offices. Safe. Therefore, selection of restaurants were limited. The breakfast rather marginal.

Clean, calm and convenient.

Great stay. Convenient, train station under the hotel. Another train line about 7 min from the hotel. Family Mart under the hotel. A nice quiet area with plenty of food options.

Breakfast was great, as well as having the lounge area with patio. Proximity to 2 Metro lines was nice, and Family Mart right outside building. Room was clean, and halls quiet. Staff working in lobby were always helpful. Our first time to Japan, and first city we've stopped in so far. I highly recommend this property.
