Located near metro stations and lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions in Osaka. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but otherwise clean and good to stay in. Onsite laundry is free. Vacuum packing for clothes also free. Guest lounge has free food and drinks (including wine, beer and sake).

Great location, overall no complaints except their lower levels like level 4 are in serious needs of a carpet clean and a paint job. Most of the hotel has been renovated but certain levels still have the dirty old carpet and rooms with the yellow walls with dirt and marks all over.

Prefect location, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Love the free drink and snack in lounge area, love free laundry, and the convenience of currency exchange in the lobby, luggage transfer. But hate the fact that the hotel bathroom are so gross, mold everywhere in the showers area, I don’t how the staff missed it or they don’t care, it everywhere, there even lipstick stain on the window curtain, so disgusting, I’m sure other things are dirty in the room. Other than complaints about the room itself, everything else is great
