Staff were very friendly. My room was clean but outdated with cracking on the wall, night lights were flickering, and limited amenities. I also smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway. Overall, it’s an ok hotel for one night. Thank you.

The location was great! The rooms really needed updating carpets were very dirty and walls needed painting or cleaning. Although the lobby looked modern and clean. Only 1 restaurant for breakfast.

Carpet had a large square cut out of it with electrical wires just laying there. The Aircon would not shift to AC until it was cycled many times and finally the walls and furniture were pretty old and grungy. The photos from the website looked great and everything was until you stepped off the elevator and felt like you walked from a hotel to a motel.

Wonderful Stay in a Convenient Location! We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and we absolutely loved it! The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore. It’s just minutes away from Namba Station and close to popular shopping and dining areas, perfect for tourists. One of the best features was the self-service laundry, which was a total lifesaver in the hot summer weather. The lounge area offering a variety of drinks and snacks was also a great touch, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Rooms have dirty carpets, uncomfortable pillows, staff needs lots of training this is definitely not a 4 star but rather a 21/2 maybe 3 stars at best because of their excellent breakfast
