I gotta be honest - I hate being an online review Karen but I imagine this will be useful info both for the hotel AND future patrons. The Candeo Tower in Umeda is super nice however the Namba one is truly filthy. Filthy carpets, filthy walls, busted up paint job, shabby furniture with stains. It’s really gross and grimy and for the price, it should be MUCH cleaner. If you have cleanliness OCD, do not stay here.

Great hotel with fab facilities. Location is the main reason why we chose this hotel and it was perfect. The hotel is right in the centre and easily walkable.

Room was ok but very cramped. We had to upgrade to another room as the one we booked was.way too small. Not much room to move and shower area was really tiny. Buffet breakfast was ok but not great. Proximity to Dontonbori was awesome and plenty of transportation options. Overall was ok but not great

It was our first time in Japan and staying here in Osaka was a great experience. Room was quite small but we made it work. Loved that they provided pajamas and the room was clean. The area was ideal, very close walk to dotonbori and other areas. The staff was very helpful when we needed two of our luggage delivered to our next hotel in Shibuya. The staff called our next hotel and got all the information down. It was an easy process and must be done before 2pm if you want it delivered the following day. I would definitely stay here again!

We stay overnight, decent hotel, quite small actually, we chose it cos of its awesome location right within the heart of Osaka! Parking here overnight 3200yen (abit like Tokyo already).
