Felt like staying in a train station not a hotel. I love the location, but coffer and tea you can get only in the lobby which was like a transit station. Breakfast was not good comparing to the three other hotels I stayed in Japan.

Location was great and very near Osaka station with many shopping options nearby so it was very convenient. There is also a Family Mart and supermarket that are very close. Check in and out are automated and efficient. Only gripe is that the service was just okay, the staff did not seem to understand my query in English and did not appear to be wanting to help so it felt a bit impersonal.

I didn’t get to stay in this hotel due to medical emergency. Tried to cancel a few hours beyond the free cancellation period but was rejected without any response from the hotel. I was really looking forward to the trip but was disappointed by how the hotel dealt with this kind of unexpected and involuntary cancellation.

You have to use a check-in machine by yourself but it is not user friendly. The receptionists are busy to direct people to the check-in machine. They would only help us after we spent 45 mins to attempt to check-in. There was not enough space to open the suitcase or the wardrobe as the space between the wall and the bed is just only available for one person passing through. The space between wall and bed is 6" or 8". You have to bring toilet papers if you dont mind to use the rough toilet paper. Bathroom is tiny. Lastly, there is no space for changing if you don't mind to change in front of your friend.

Great location by Osaka station. Accessible to JR and Shinkansen trains. Hotel is modern and good sized rooms for Japan. Very large bathrooms with very oversized showers. Breakfast buffet option was great - lots of choices and pretty good quality food.

Property is very large but it is showing its age. Room was clean with decent amount of space. Wished the toilet room was not carpeted. Lots of guests coming in and out through the lobby throughout the day and evening. Regardless to say, it was good value for money as location is good in terms of transportation options and very close to the airport limousine bus stop which was the main reason why we booked the hotel.
