The room was spacious for Japan and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hotel was full of amenities like a spa, a convenience store, laundromat and pool. It was close to multiple train stations, a few shopping areas and lots of good restaurants.

It was super convenient located close to all major train stations. You could walk 5 min to the closest one and connect to most lines. A lot of dinning and shopping areas around the area. 3 of the bigger department stores are within a 10 min walk.

I booked my room and had a long wait at the reception, only to be told my room is in the so called ANNEX in another tower. This was a lobby reminiscent of rush hour at a busy train station. OK for one night, this place has no soul.

3 pm ( no earlier check-ins allowed ) was terrible, with all new guests converging at same time, causing long line ups, confusion, and self-check in was also very time consuming and irritating. Very little personal interactions. Very impersonal with little smiles from staff present since they were pushed themselves to have all new guests looked after properly. Change your strict policy-it will help.

It was very small but the rooms were pretty clean and bathrooms were nice. There were many floors with some floors being very convinient for example there is a Lawson, Gym, Onsen, Pool, Vendings, Washers, and a public oven.
